High fiber recipes that taste great! Made with the natural organics of NutraCleanse™.

One of the secrets of warding off hunger is eating healthy foods that make you feel full. Those that are high in fiber like vegetables, grains, and beans digest more slowly than other foods. NutraCleanse™ succeeds perfectly at this.

Slower digestion means your stomach empties at a lower rate, which will consequently make you feel full for longer. Most of us tend to not eat enough high-fiber meals which is why using NutraCleanse™ is a high fiber recipe in itself!

There are lots of ways to make high fiber meals more tasty. Here are a few recipes that are healthy and taste great. Made with the natural organics of NutraCleanse™.

Vegetarian Chili
(serves 6)

16 oz. can red kidney beans
1 yellow onion
1 green pepper
2 carrots
2 cloves garlic
3 mushrooms
3 cups diced tomatoes
1 cup water
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. red pepper chili flakes
1 tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. garlic salt
2 bay leaves
1 package vegan ground round (optional)
½ cup NutraCleanse™

Drain and rinse beans well, then set aside. Combine onion, green pepper, carrots, and garlic in food processor. Process for about 7-8 seconds on high; then slice your mushrooms. Combine veggie mixture with mushrooms, beans, tomatoes, water, spices, and bay leaves in crock pot. Cook on high for two hours, or low for 6 hours, stirring occasionally.

Just before serving, break up ground round and stir into chili. Let chili sit (to allow ground round to heat up) for about 5 minutes. Remove bay leaves, stir in NutraCleanse™, and serve hot.

4 tbsp. tomato paste
½ cup olive oil
½ tsp. black pepper
8 cups water
2 tsp. salt
¼ cup red wine vinegar
½ cup NutraCleanse™
Dash of your favorite hot sauce *optional

Rinse and sort (remove any dark or broken) lentils, and place in large pot. Mince the garlic, and dice the onions, celery, and carrots. Add to pot, along with the rest of the ingredients, except the red wine vinegar. Cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for about 1 ½ hours. Stir in red wine vinegar and NutraCleanse™, and serve.
